Key Responsibilities- Manage landing gear overhaul events to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with the Product Line team, Operations, Planning, Billing, and Engineering to ensure complete contract fulfillment and superior customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability for each overhaul event.
- Coordinate technical requirements with the Engineering team and schedule changes with the Planning team.
- Provide regular updates on event status to the Account Manager and Customer Support Specialist.
- Track and report costs compared to budget and implement countermeasures as necessary.
- Participate in and arrange event status meetings and review margin sheets to ensure profitability.
- Initiate actions to improve overall profitability and follow up on implementation.
- Manage post-job event completion reviews and scoring systems.
- Experience in the Aerospace industry is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.
- Experience working with technical records or airline CAMO/part management processes is ideal.
- Strong IT skills with Microsoft packages and experience with MRP/ERP data systems (SAP/AMOS, etc.) are required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
- Ability to analyze figures and financial reviews is necessary.
- Capacity to read and understand customer contracts/specifications and implement action plans for contract adherence.

We offer a 38-hour workweek with office flexibility and the opportunity to claim back overtime in time off. The salary for this position is from £37,000 per annum.
