  • Develop and maintain technical documents, such as SOPs, deviations, and non-conformances, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review batch manufacturing records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for change controls, CAPAs, and non-conformances.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the QMS.
  • Manage customer complaints, change controls, and root cause analysis to provide solutions and improve quality.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality assurance compliance.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with multiple departments to improve quality and daily operations.
  • Develop and maintain training programs for quality training within the business.

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant scientific degree.
  • 3 years' experience working within a pharmaceutical company, within Quality Assurance.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical GMP.
