We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Science Solutions Recruitment. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documents, such as SOPs, deviations, and non-conformances, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review batch manufacturing records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for change controls, CAPAs, and non-conformances.
- Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the QMS.
- Manage customer complaints, change controls, and root cause analysis to provide solutions and improve quality.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality assurance compliance.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with multiple departments to improve quality and daily operations.
- Develop and maintain training programs for quality training within the business.
Requirements:
- Hold a relevant scientific degree.
- 3 years' experience working within a pharmaceutical company, within Quality Assurance.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical GMP.
