About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for dealing with a range of Private Client matters, including probate work, trust administration, and will drafting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administering Estates and dealing with Court of Protection matters
  • Administering Trusts and providing advice on trust administration
  • Providing advice on Elderly Client matters, including powers of attorney and wills
  • Assisting with Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and compliance
  • Providing advice on Trust and Estate disputes
  • Assisting with Accounting and Tax Management for Private Clients
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Private Client Solicitor
  • Strong knowledge of Private Client law and practice
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • STEP qualification desirable but not essential
