The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Cloud and Infrastructure systems design. Proven experience in executing technical projects is crucial, along with the following competencies:

  • Technical Leadership:
  • Creating and maintaining technical designs and documentation.
  • Exhibiting exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Gathering and documenting requirements effectively.
  • Identifying and proposing suitable solutions for current and future needs.
  • Overseeing systems implementation and testing processes.

Technical Expertise Required:
Candidates should have substantial experience in managing IT services within large organizations and demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge in the following areas:
Essential Skills:

  • Experience at L2/L3 levels with Microsoft Cloud and Infrastructure Technologies.
  • Configuration of Entra Conditional Access.
  • Design, implementation, and troubleshooting of Entra Identity.
  • Design, implementation, and troubleshooting of M365.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Strong skills in Active Directory configuration and troubleshooting.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune.
  • Knowledge of Citrix Licensing, Profile Management, Citrix Director, Storefront, and Studio.
  • Experience with SQL Management.
  • Understanding of Linux systems.
  • Possession of Microsoft certification or equivalent experience.
