Job Title: Foreman - Groundworks

My client, a leading civil engineering contractor, is seeking a skilled Foreman to manage a groundworks and civils contract in Stoke. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing groundworks, externals, and drainage projects for specialist contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and working alongside the Site Manager and Contracts Manager
  • Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
  • Keeping site diaries and conducting toolbox talks
  • Quality Assurance and daily briefings
  • Managing labour and allocating tasks
  • Providing progress reports and managing materials
Requirements:
  • CSCS certification
  • SMSTS/SSSTS training
  • First aid certification
  • 5+ years of management experience in groundworks and civil engineering
