Hunter Dunning, a dynamic and innovative architectural practice, is seeking a highly experienced Architectural Technician to join their expanding team. Specializing in residential projects, the company offers a diverse range of opportunities from bespoke extensions to large-scale developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the director to drive project success
  • Manage residential projects independently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Engage with clients throughout the project, providing exceptional communication and customer service
  • Create detailed technical design packages, utilizing expertise in AutoCAD
  • Address site-related issues promptly and effectively

Required Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience as an Architectural Technician is essential, with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated expertise in UK residential projects, with a strong understanding of RIBA stages
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing previous work, with a focus on technical design and project management
  • Ability to work autonomously, with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software, with experience in utilizing its features and tools
