About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Early Morning Cleaner to join our team at The Forge Shopping Centre in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the Centre, ensuring all areas are deep cleaned to the given specification.
  • Operate machinery on site, with full training provided.
  • Conduct detailed cleaning of escalators and lifts.
  • Report to the Early Morning Supervisor and work collaboratively with the team to ensure the mall is clean and ready for public.
  • Assist with cleaning windows on window cleaner holidays and days off.
  • Participate in deep cleaning of the mall and cleaning of specialized equipment, including escalators and airlocks.

Requirements

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to use initiative to identify and prioritize tasks.
  • Capacity to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Approachable and courteous manner.
  • Desire to work in an adult services environment.
  • Understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion in an active corporate building.
