Synergi Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join a leading Food Manufacturer in the Kent area. This is an opportunity to join a well-established company with a strong reputation in the industry.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing Planned Maintenance and ensuring high standards are met. You will diagnose faults, identify problems on machinery, and implement solutions to optimize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Reactive and Planned Maintenance on high-speed food production machinery
  • Continuous improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Knowledge and experience of maintenance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Requirements:

  • FMCG experience essential
  • Knowledge and experience of Fault finding with PLCs
  • Electrical Apprenticeship or Electrical Engineering Qualification
