About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Motus Legal Recruitment. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to wills, administration of estates, tax planning, trusts, and elderly client affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in Private Client matters
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
  • Administering estates and handling probate matters
  • Assisting clients with tax planning and trust matters
  • Representing clients in court and other legal proceedings

Requirements:
