About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at CareTech Group. As a Consultant Speech and Language Therapist, you will work with individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders, providing support and maximising their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess communication needs in various environments and implement evidence-based therapy
  • Provide functional targets and recommendations for day-to-day communicative success
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support the implementation of therapeutic approaches
  • Respond to referrals and maintain an inclusive communication environment
  • Contribute to service development and work effectively with the companywide SLT team
About You

We are looking for a qualified Speech and Language Therapist with a degree or postgraduate diploma in Speech and Language Therapy, registered with the Health & Care Professions Council. You will have experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorders and preferably have worked with AAC approaches.
