Job Overview

Anson McCade is seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our systematic trading models. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our team of experts and drive innovation in the field of quantitative trading.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance trading engines and execution systems.
  • Research and implement new trading frameworks and software solutions.
  • Develop and deploy trading infrastructure and components, ensuring long-term code reuse and maintainability.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, latency, and strategy effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and suggest new ideas and technologies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software engineering or quantitative development.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Statistics.
  • Strong proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages, with experience in KDB/Q a plus.
  • Excellent numerical and technical skills, with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive base salary: £110,000 - £190,000.
  • Bonus structure: £20,000 - £50,000, dependent on individual and team performance.
  • VISA sponsorship available for eligible candidates.
