Job Description:

Meridian Business Support Limited is seeking experienced Electricians to work on a large-scale project for a leading contractor. As an Electrician with Meridian Business Support Limited, you will be responsible for containment, wiring, and terminating on an upgrade refurbishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Containment, wiring, and terminating on an upgrade refurbishment
  • Work on a large-scale project for a leading contractor
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced Electricians
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols

Requirements:

  • JIB Gold Card
  • IPAF certification
  • 2391 certification (preferred)
  • Security Clearance (we will assist you through the process)

Working Hours:

11-day fortnight (Wk1: 66 hrs, Wk2: 42 hrs) with midweek and weekend overtime available

Methods of Pay:

  • Pay as You Earn (PAYE) - ONLY
  • No payroll company charges

Compensation and Benefits:

  • JIB Gold Card Electrician rates, allowances, and bonuses
  • Monday - Friday: £24.99 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
  • Midweek overtime: £37.48 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
  • All Saturday and all Sunday hours: £49.97 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
  • Lodge: £70 per day worked (taxed)
  • Travel Allowance: Periodic fare dependent on home location (taxed)
  • Travel Time: Periodic hours dependent on home location
  • £50 Bonus paid weekly dependent on quality and £50 Bonus paid weekly on productivity/attendance (both taxed)
  • Fortnightly completions Incentive bonus: £110 (must work full 11 days to qualify, taxed)
