As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising trade operatives and sub-contractors to deliver an efficient and cost-effective customer-focused operational repairs service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise trade operatives and sub-contractors to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assist in the implementation of performance management plans to drive business growth and improvement.
- Ensure accurate recording of inspection and testing results for electrical work.
Requirements:
- Competent in all aspects of electrical discipline with qualified supervisory experience.
- Experience working within a social housing environment is highly desirable.
- Previous role as an NICEIC QS is essential, as is experience using NICEIC certification website.
