Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team at Peaple Talent. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex data sets, creating visually compelling reports, and providing actionable insights to support our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI: Utilize Power BI to design and implement data visualizations that drive business insights and decision-making.
- Gather requirements, design solutions and work with stakeholders on their delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Act as business partner for Data Analytics to other teams as required: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support business objectives.
- Provide regular project/progress reports and resource plans: Develop and maintain accurate project plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
Requirements:
- SQL, Advanced Excel: Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and manipulation.
- Advanced skills using Power BI: Expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, visualization, and reporting.
- Knowledge of SSRS or other BI/Reporting tools: Familiarity with SSRS or other business intelligence/reporting tools.
- Organised and reliable with attention to detail: Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in Development of data models and warehouses: Experience in developing data models and warehouses, with a strong understanding of data architecture.
