Join Our Team as a Retail Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Makeup Artist to join our team at MAC in Edinburgh. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Combine your creative and technical expertise to provide personalized and authentic customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create engaging in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to educate and delight our customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience
Requirements:
  • Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country
