About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Contracts Manager to join our team at Sustainable Resourcing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the delivery of contracts to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the delivery of contracts to a strategic plan, incorporating health and safety, time, quality, and budget.
- Report to the Board of Directors on project performance and suggest business improvements.
- Manage client relationships and ensure effective communication.
- Manage, motivate, and appraise senior management, project teams, and supply chain within the project.
- Liaise with QS, H&S, D&Q, ISO, CC, and other managers to ensure project delivery is snag-free.
- Liaise with finance, procurement, and estimating teams to ensure contract delivery.
- Assist with tenders as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical expertise in construction for medium to large projects (£ms).
- CSCS black card (Contracts Manager).
- Asbestos awareness, scaffold inspection, and first aid certificates.
- Programme and project management skills, including GANTT chart production and critical path analysis.
- Site management certificate, including Health & Safety and Construction Design & Management regulations.
- General IT skills, including MS Word, ASTA, MS Excel, Microsoft Outlook email, and calendars.
