About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join our team at Sphere Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering Employment law services on behalf of our clients in Northern Ireland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a successful individual to make their mark within the NI employment law sector. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients, as well as developing and implementing business growth strategies.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in Employment Law, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

As a successful Employment Law Solicitor, you will have a proven track record of business development and be able to demonstrate your ability to win and develop new business.
