We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Controller to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for authorising work in accordance with manufacturers' servicing schedules and industry-recognised times.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a time-served Motor Vehicle Technician to utilise their experience and skills in a new and challenging environment. You will work closely with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Authorise work in accordance with manufacturers' servicing schedules and industry-recognised times.
- Monitor vehicle histories, contract type, contract duration, and warranty position to ensure accurate and efficient work completion.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
- Contribute to the achievement of company targets and objectives.
- Proven experience working in a workshop environment or similar workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills and keyboard accuracy, with experience in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives.
- Working knowledge of Epyx 1link or alternative work authorisation platforms.
- Knowledge of the rental, contract hire, and fleet management sector.
- Experience working with electric vehicles.
Full-time, permanent position with hybrid working arrangements (2 days per week) and a competitive benefits package.
