Project Overview:
Located centrally, this project involves a premium reinforced concrete frame development. Currently in the groundwork phase, it necessitates additional oversight due to the firm securing extra contracts that are set to commence across the region. You will report directly to a highly skilled Project Manager who will provide exceptional support and guidance, assisting you in steering this project towards significant success, which will enhance your professional profile. Your responsibilities will include managing various subcontractor packages, leading subcontractor progress meetings, preparing progress reports, and ensuring adherence to health & safety regulations and quality standards from the groundwork stage through to project completion. This role requires a solid background in Construction Management, particularly in the fit-out of live packages across high-rise residential buildings, multi-occupancy structures, and student housing.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary between £65,000 and £70,000, commensurate with experience and skill set.
