You will receive comprehensive training and mentoring from our award-winning sales coach, as well as support from our telesales team to generate leads.

As a Field Sales Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Enjoy a competitive basic salary up to £37,000 with uncapped earning potential, with a realistic OTE of £60,000 in Year One.
  • Benefit from a £5,000 car allowance.
  • Develop your skills through comprehensive training and personalized development.
  • Take advantage of rapid career advancement opportunities, with the potential to become a sales manager within 18 months.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in field sales or account management.
  • A background in industries such as hygiene services, FM services, payment solutions, security services, laundry services, FMCG, or office equipment.
  • The sales conviction to make cold calls and ask for decision maker names.
  • Strong B2B sales ability and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation and a drive to succeed.
  • Confidence in passing background checks, including adverse credit history, disqualified directors, and DBS checks.
