Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer

We are recruiting for a friendly business in the Kent area who are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Maintenance: Assist with the installation of new systems and related equipment, ensuring safety compliance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Repair and Troubleshooting: Carry out repairs and deal with breakdowns, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and replace faulty components.
  • System Optimization: Troubleshoot problems relating to system functionality and provide feedback to supervisors to promote business opportunities.
  • Safety and Compliance: Carry out safety checks to ensure systems meet safety standards, identify potential hazards, and address any issues.
  • Refurbishments and Upgrades: Involvement in refurbishments, upgrading systems, replacing equipment, and optimizing energy efficiency.
  • On-Call Services: Part of the on-call team (on rotation) for emergency call-outs to provide on-call services and address emergency issues.
  • Health and Safety: Responsible for Health and Safety on site, completion of risk assessments, RAMs, and other required processes to ensure compliance.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Ensure correct use of PPE, reporting incidents and near misses, and completion of engineer reports, test sheets, service records, and other required documentation.

Candidates MUST have their F-Gas Qualification and hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
