Clinic Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinic Manager to join our team at BSR Health Recruitment Ltd. As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics, including front desk duties and assisting with the day-to-day running of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all staff, including front of house, clinicians, and beauty therapists
  • Welcome clients, notify assigned beauty therapists/podiatrists of their arrival, and schedule appointments based on availability
  • Handle appointment bookings, upselling, and client communication via phone and email
  • Input staff rotas into the booking system and update client details
  • Assist with stock control, support, and end-of-day procedures
  • Support Clinic Managers with various tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Front of House or reception duties
  • Ability to work efficiently and be self-motivated
  • A quick learner with a desire to develop skills and progress within the company
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook and Word, along with experience in appointment booking systems
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Excellent phone etiquette and fluency in both written and spoken English
