Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Alcedo Care. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Home Manager in overseeing the care staff and ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent care.
  • Take charge of the home in the absence of the Home Manager, ensuring that all aspects of care and operations are running smoothly.
  • Work closely with the care staff to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Ensure that all care records and documentation are up to date and accurate.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external care professionals, families, and visitors.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
