We're seeking a Sales and Visual Manager to join our Meadowhall team, where you'll be responsible for driving store performance and creating visually appealing displays that showcase our latest fashion collections.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with the Store Manager and Visual Coach to identify opportunities to impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.

You'll be accountable for developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and customer engagement, while also leading and managing a team to achieve business objectives.

About you:

  • You have previous management experience and a track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
  • You have experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • You're a New Look brand adorer with a passion for fashion and retail.
  • You have a history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives.
  • You have commercial acumen and a good understanding of compliance and P&L reporting.
  • You're able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
