Role Overview:
As a Regional Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that CitySprint delivers outstanding account management to our clientele. You will hold full accountability for the retention, revenue, and margin performance of a designated client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Directly engage with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth through face-to-face interactions.
- Manage daily travel within your assigned region.
- Utilize your strong background in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills:
- Proven ability to manage a substantial portfolio of high-value clients.
- Experience in generating leads through various channels including LinkedIn and cold calling.
- Strong background in B2B sales with a track record of success.
- Consultative selling skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet KPIs.
- Ability to foster relationships and collaborate across different functions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities effectively.
