Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of approximately 20 staff members
- Oversee the availability and quality of our hire equipment, including construction-based equipment
- Ensure the smooth operation of the site, including equipment storage, repair, and maintenance, as well as accurate stock control
- Proven experience as a Depot Manager, Operations Manager, or Branch Manager
- Transferable skills from managing depots or branches across various industries, including plant, tool, powered access, lifting, crane, welfare, generators, forklifts, HGV, agricultural equipment, attachments, or equipment hire
- Ability to take ownership of projects and tasks
