About the Role

We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at CV-Library. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work with students who exhibit challenging behaviour, providing individualised support and guidance to help them overcome barriers to their academic success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist students with their homework and assignments in a classroom setting
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members, including Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, and Pastoral Support Workers
  • Provide 1:1 direct interventions and support to students within the classroom
  • Work with the class teacher and other staff members to create a conducive learning environment for students
  • Monitor and evaluate pupils' responses to learning and intervention activities
  • Ensure all students are included in the classroom as much as possible
