Job Title: Strategy and Innovation Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our strategic planning and execution efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and leading our go-to-market planning processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement our strategic plans, ensuring alignment across our business and with the evolving needs of the public sector.
  • Market Analysis and Insight: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities for growth, and potential challenges within our current and planned sectors.
  • Innovation and Growth Initiatives: Spearhead innovation and growth initiatives, exploring new technologies, services, and business models that can enhance our competitive edge.
  • Market Engagement: Lead Zaizi's go-to-market activities, acting as a focal point for marketing events and working collaboratively with our Clubs and Marketing team.
  • Partnership Development: Cultivate strategic partnerships with government agencies, technology providers, and other relevant stakeholders to expand our capabilities and market reach.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the company, leading cross-functional teams to execute initiatives effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to strategic objectives, ensuring that the company is on track to achieve its goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities, to build strong relationships and align our services with the public sector's needs.
Requirements
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve targeted revenue growth through strategic initiatives, new service offerings, and expansion into new markets.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop a targeted number of new strategic partnerships with public sector entities and technology providers.
  • Client Acquisition: Achieve targeted new client wins and engagement activities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain or improve customer satisfaction levels, as measured by net promoter score (NPS) or similar metrics.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £80-110k + OTE, 25 days paid holiday, plus bank holidays, and a range of benefits including Vitality medical insurance, Workplace Pension 5% employer contribution, Group Life Assurance, Cyclescheme, 5 days a year for approved Training, WFH equipment allowance, Buy / Sell Holiday, and 2 days paid volunteering days.
