About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Business Consultant to join our team at SimCorp A/S. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead major parts of SimCorp Dimension implementation projects, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and train junior colleagues to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to offer tailored services and solutions.
  • Contribute to the improvement of best practices for implementation processes, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration across projects.
  • Participate in international know-how exchange, sharing expertise and best practices with colleagues.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or computer science.
  • More than 10 years of experience in a senior business analyst, senior accountant, or senior consultant role, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Proven expertise in Accounting of financial investments, with hands-on experience in financial accounting, general ledger, fund administration, data migration, or similar processes.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills, with a high degree of commercial awareness, customer orientation, and quality consciousness.
  • Fluency in English, with additional European language skills a plus.
  • Ability to travel, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
