NJR Recruitment is proud to represent a dynamic Insurance Broking Firm that is experiencing rapid growth. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their team in Bolton, with the opportunity to grow into an Account Executive position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-turnover, corporate clients, providing expert advice on risk management and insurance solutions
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to find creative solutions for clients, ensuring they are always protected
  • Support Account Executives with renewals, quotations, and mid-term adjustments, learning and growing with the team

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in insurance account management or broking, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
