About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Advisor to join our team at SSE Enterprise. As a key member of our Customer Contact Centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and uphold the reputation of SSE Enterprise.
  • Investigate customer complaints and produce a coordinated company response.
  • Ensure all timescales and key milestones are met by effectively using our database to log and file complaints correctly.
  • Comply with GDPR regulations to ensure customer data is secure and customers are aware of their rights.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience, including complaints handling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-focused approach.
  • Organized, flexible, and self-motivated with strong time management skills.
