Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented House Porter to join our team at Bloc Hotel Operations Ltd - Gatwick. As a House Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness, presentation, and care in all guest rooms and public areas

• Develop a positive relationship with all guests, colleagues, and visitors

• Ensure the correct level of security for all guest belongings is achieved

• Ensure the guest rooms are stocked and maintained to the required standard

• Ensure your uniform provided is kept clean, presentable, and in good condition

• Report any maintenance and IT issues correctly

• Count and distribute linen deliveries around the hotel

• Reconcile general housekeeping supplies around the hotel

• Act as a support structure for the housekeeping team, responding to the varying needs of the department

• Work in line with the needs of the business
