We are working with a leading manufacturer of packaging products to recruit an experienced Casemaker to join their team.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be a fully trained and capable machine operator with previous experience of casemaking. As a Casemaker, you will be responsible for setting up and running casemaking in line within company targets, achieving daily production plans, and complying with company processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and running of casemaking in line within company targets.
  • Achieve daily production plan.
  • Comply with company processes and procedures.
  • Achieve daily, monthly, and annual targets for the team, KPIs, and OEE.
  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping.
  • Passing of own work.
  • Work with a flexible approach and when required assist with other processes in the factory.
  • Comply with all company health and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Must have previous experience of die cutter/casemaking.
  • Preferably have experience of running a Bobst.
  • Preferably have experience of Iberica, Sanwa, or Bobst machines (or similar).
  • Possess a knowledge of safety, quality, and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the machine.
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Ability to problem-solve.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good organizational and self-motivational skills.
