As a Field Service Engineer, Medical Systems, you will be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance, service, and repair of medical equipment, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled biomedical or medical engineer to join a leading manufacturer of medical equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing planned preventative maintenance, service, and repair of medical equipment
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times
- Providing technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance
