Job Title: Administrator (Bank)
About the Role:
Spire Dunedin Hospital is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a bank/temporary basis. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support across multiple departments, ensuring the smooth operation of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, consultants, and hospital staff
- Support day-to-day patient administration tasks, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Coordinate the administration of clinical correspondence and diagnostic results, ensuring timely and effective delivery
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous healthcare experience is advantageous
