About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Repairs and Maintenance to provide strategic leadership and operational management to our repairs and maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality best-in-class service for all customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all responsive, planned, cyclical, and day-to-day maintenance and void repairs
  • Lead and manage the repairs and maintenance team
  • Ensure compliance with relevant housing qualifications and professional institutions
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
