Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset Optimization: Identify and deliver opportunities to enhance the performance of our commercial property portfolio, including the disposal of surplus or underperforming assets.
  • Rental Target Achievement: Ensure that our non-operational property assets achieve the set rental targets, with a focus on increasing income through new acquisitions.
  • Lease Negotiation and Renewal: Negotiate and manage the leasing and renewal of leases for retail, commercial, and industrial properties, including rent reviews and dispute resolution.
  • Property Management: Oversee the management of residential, retail, commercial, and industrial land and property, with a focus on district and local retail centers.
  • Planning Application Review: Examine weekly planning applications to identify those that impact on or affect our land and property.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree or equivalent relevant experience in estate management.
  • Experience: Significant experience in estate/property management, with a focus on agreements for use of property and property contract-related issues.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership knowledge and experience in managing change and implementing new ideas.
