About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Allocator to join our Merchandising team at Fenwick. As an Allocator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time.

Working closely with the wider merchandising team and buying teams, you will be responsible for placing reorders, forecasting, monitoring, and managing stock availability across each store. This is a key position within the Home category, reporting to the Assistant Merchandiser.

About the Candidate

We are looking for a warm and welcoming individual who is adaptable, courageous, innovative, and goal-oriented to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience within an Allocator or similar role, with excellent analytical and numerical skills.

Key skills and experience required include:

  • Experience within an Allocator or similar role
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Good communication and relationship skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and work well under pressure
