Position Overview

This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a well-established multidisciplinary team dedicated to the care of patients with rheumatological disorders.

This developmental position will allow you to work closely with Rheumatology Nurse Specialists, enhancing your skills in specialized rheumatology nursing.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be accountable for the assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of care programs tailored for rheumatology patients.

You will be expected to collaborate with nursing and medical professionals, as well as other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team, to ensure the effective delivery of patient care. The role may require working in both hospital and community settings based on service demands.

Proficiency in Welsh is preferred for this position; however, applications from both English and Welsh speakers are encouraged.
