Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Tax Senior to join our client's team in Canterbury, Kent. As a key hire, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a quality compliance service and leading the delivery of wide-ranging tax planning and project work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients, providing expert advice on compliance and advisory services.
  • Work closely with an experienced tax team to deliver high-quality tax planning project work, including share options, trusts, CGT, IHT, residence, and domicile advisory work.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their tax needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing expert advice to clients.

Requirements

  • CTA and/or ATT/ACA/ACCA qualified, with a strong background in personal tax.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on compliance and tax planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000, dependent on experience and background.
  • 30 days annual leave.
  • Study support for ATT or CTA/ACA qualifications.
