Onsite Account Manager

Workforce Staffing Ltd is seeking an experienced Onsite Account Manager to represent the company, travelling between sites and acting as the first point of contact for both clients and candidates.
Main Responsibilities:- Liaise with clients daily to understand their needs and plan the day accordingly.
- Contribute to morning meetings to feedback on client requirements.
- Attend regular service review meetings to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Monitor staff quality, attendance, and attrition levels.
- Use marketing tools to source candidates and develop relationships within chosen competency.
- Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies.
- Manage temporary workers onsite, including inductions.
- Work with colleagues to capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities.
- Utilize in-house IT systems to generate candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, handling client and candidate queries and objections.
- Previous experience in a similar role or within a recruitment office.
- Quick learner with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in standard IT systems, including Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Outgoing and confident personality with a good sense of humour.
- Keen to learn new skills with potential for development within the role.
- Valid driving license for site travel.
