About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Technologist to join our team at b3 jobs Ltd. As a key member of our technical department, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical integrity and legal obligations of our food supply aspects are met.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Quality Manual and Food Safety Documents: Maintain up-to-date quality manual and food safety documents, including HACCP, to ensure compliance with current food legislation.
  2. Audit Support: Assist in the successful completion of customer and third-party audits and visits, and participate in the investigation of complaints and food safety close calls.
  3. Hygiene Practices and Training: Challenge and improve hygiene practices, and train relevant personnel on quality management procedures and food safety protocols.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Gather and submit data for packaging waste regulations and EPR, and maintain accurate records.
  5. Technical Department Support: Collaborate with the line manager to support and develop the technical department.
About You

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a technical or quality background in food manufacturing. You should have a degree-level education in a related field and excellent numerical and analytical skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, are essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GMP and Global Food Safety Initiatives, production processes, raw materials, allergens, and finished products. You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer
