About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Nurse to join our surgical team at Vetisco. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in supporting our surgical patients and providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support surgical patients through their full workup, including admit/discharge appointments, imaging, laser therapy, wound management, and monitoring sedations and anesthesia.
  • Provide hands-on care and work closely with our current surgery nurse and clinicians.
  • Communicate with clients to arrange appointments and admits/discharges.
  • Liaise with referral reception, assisting with emergency cases and filtering through advice emails from referring vets and clients.
Requirements
  • Qualified Veterinary Nurse, registered with the RCVS.
  • Professional demeanor and eagerness to learn new skills.
  • An interest in surgical cases.
  • A positive attitude and desire to provide high-quality care.
