Key Responsibilities:
- Drive safety leadership and promote a collaborative and engaging work culture.
- Create regional and business plans aligned with our overall strategy, focusing on resource and competency management.
- Ensure operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery with a "right first time" approach.
- Support regional offices in growing local sales through targeted marketing and activity plans.
- Provide strong commercial and contract governance, including project reviews and financial oversight.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction and compliance with all specifications and regulations.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of senior-level operational management experience in medium-sized contracting businesses, ideally in M&E/Hard FM services.
- Experience in managing multiple projects of varying values, typically £1k to £500k, occasionally up to £2m.
- Competence in commercial matters, financial reporting, and pre-contract award reviews.
- Knowledge of pricing mechanisms, contract terms (NEC, JCT, etc.), and li>Good academic attainment, ideally to degree level, or demonstrable relevant experience.
- Vocational qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering and management are preferred.
- Subject matter knowledge relating to the compliance of power earthing, lightning protection, height safety solutions.
- Previous experience with end-to-end project management from scoping through to implementation.
