About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Evri. As a key member of our Service Delivery Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our IT services deliver consistent value to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Improvement: Develop and implement service improvement plans for key business areas, IT services, and IT vendors.
- Service Design and Transition: Complete service design and transition activities in line with ITOM processes, reviewing service impact assessments and providing feedback to project initiatives.
- Vendor Management: Manage the day-to-day performance of IT vendors, ensuring that they meet the required service levels.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to key business stakeholders, supporting them with proposed changes and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports to share with stakeholders, clearly articulating IT performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Change Management: Be responsible for a small change process for requests in your business areas, identifying and documenting business and IT risks that may impact IT services.
- Incident Management: Provide input to the IT incident and major incident lifecycle, working closely with the IT Service Desk Escalation Manager to ensure successful escalation management.
- Training and Development: Ensure that colleagues in IT have a good understanding of operational processes by arranging training sessions and providing documentation.
- Business Process Understanding: Understand key business processes and operations, contributing to initiatives that impact the business from an IT perspective.
- Change Review Process: Attend CAB and ensure business impact is articulated as part of the change review process, communicating any relevant changes to stakeholders.
- IT Service Portfolio Management: Support the management of the IT service portfolio for all live IT services.
Requirements
- Personable Individual: You will be a personable individual with excellent relationship management skills and confident in written and spoken English.
- Technical Skills: Previous experience in IT technical roles is desirable, with excellent knowledge of all ITIL processes.
- Education: Educated to degree level or can demonstrate equivalent experience, with ITIL 4 or ITIL V3 Foundation minimum.
- Technical Skills: Ability to manipulate data in Excel, ServiceNow report queries, and ServiceNow dashboard generation.
