Become a Key Player as an Automation Technician

Are you prepared to embrace a pivotal role in the design and upkeep of specialized process and packaging machinery across diverse sectors? Streamline Search is collaborating with a prominent leader in the industry to find an Automation Technician to enhance their innovative team.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Developing PLC-based electrical control systems in accordance with design requirements
  • Programming PLCs, touchscreen interfaces, and safety-configurable relay systems
  • Setting up Remote I/O, servo motors, and inverter drives
  • Incorporating additional equipment such as vision systems into production workflows
  • Diagnosing issues in electrical control systems and PLCs
  • Commissioning, assisting, and maintaining equipment at client locations
Qualifications:
  • Solid comprehension of electrical schematics, control panel standards, and PLC programming
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical sector and/or familiarity with explosive atmosphere regulations is advantageous
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable position
  • Willingness to travel for client support
