Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the London studio and its team to achieve studio income, activities, and student number targets.
  • Work with the Associate Director of Education Operations to plan the studio activity annually and review progress regularly.
  • Co-design and execute local education curriculum across all education touchpoints, based on global curriculum, serving the digital strategy and commercial priorities.
  • Lead high-quality studio education plans in collaboration with the Studio Seminar Leader and Education Capability Manager, ensuring quality standards are delivered.
  • Support the Senior Education Manager in delivering internal capability trainings and lead the advisory function to achieve all KPI targets from global for protocol and reporting timelines.
  • Ensure impactful and positive studio experiences for all studio visitors, customers, and Wella Company team members.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of team leadership experience with a proven track record of achieving KPIs.
  • Advanced ability to lead a team, with commercial understanding and previous experience in developing new course formats to meet business needs.
  • Proficient skills in driving and turning around team performance, with experience working across education and sales functions.
  • Strong moderation, presentation, and communication skills, with a strong understanding of the hairdressing business model and trends within the industry.
