We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our medium-sized care home in providing exceptional care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve and maintain excellent care standards.
  • Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Utilize your knowledge of dementia care to ensure residents receive tailored, compassionate care.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement effective turnaround and troubleshooting strategies.
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong management experience within a care home setting, with a proven track record of excellent care standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of dementia care practices.
  • Experience in turnaround and troubleshooting within a care environment is highly desirable.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or working towards this qualification.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
