About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at Lexington Catering. As a key member of our hospitality department, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our catering services, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and manage a team of catering staff to deliver an efficient and high-quality service to our customers.
  • Budget Management: Control and manage a budget to ensure that our catering services are delivered within budget and to the highest standards.
  • Communication and Liaison: Build and maintain internal and external relationships with colleagues, management, and clients to ensure effective communication and operational excellence.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, including COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and environmental policies.
Requirements
  • Customer Service: Genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service and a focus on the front line.
  • Team Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a team and managing staff to achieve high-quality results.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Catering Experience: Previous experience within the catering industry is desirable, but not essential.
