Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our Cooplands Bakery team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Engage with customers, respond to their queries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and present our products in a visually appealing way, maintaining high standards of presentation and display
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training
